If there is one thing you should know about me it’s that I love coffee. I swear I’m 90% caffeine 10% water. So as any avid coffee lover, I have my favorite places to get coffee. I live in a small town so we don’t have that many options, but what we do have is good enough for me. It’s always a bonus getting to support small local business rather than any corporation, so any time I can do that, I do. Which means there’s a great chance you won’t have any idea of these places I’m talking about! Well except two- maybe. 😉
It’s time for another 5 Fandom Friday! This weeks prompt was 5 Fictional Husbands I’d totally Marry. I tweaked it just a bit and took out husband to just being men. It’s about to become very clear I have a thing for men that are ruthlessly brave, have unwavering loyalty, the courage to stand for truth and justice, that have a strong sense of family, and are a bit of a romantic. I actually learned a lot about myself doing this post. Like I knew these men were my favorites, but they all have very similar traits, which I did not realize.
I can’t believe it’s February already! I hope this month is treating everyone alright so far. This 5 Fandom Friday is all about TBR (to be read) lists, and mine seems to always be getting longer, rather than shorter. So many books-so little time!
It’s been another week, and I have been super busy! This will be my third post this week (pats myself on the back)! For this weeks 5 Fandom Friday I decided to change the prompt a bit. The prompt is suppose to be “5 TV shows I can’t wait to watch” but after thinking about it, there really isn’t anything I’m over the moon about, or that I’m not watching already. So I thought “5 Video Games I Can’t Wait to Play” was better for me.
Back in the day, like 2005-ish, at some point, when the books were being released still. In the summers I was stuck on a tractor (my parents own a farm) in the hot sun all day long. Well that can drive anyone crazy, so I found a new cool thing called a Podcast (wow that makes me sound old!), specifically MuggleCast, which covered any and all news, & fan theories about Harry Potter. One day they were talking about Harry and the Potters and The Moaning Myrtles, turns out they were bands that made music about Harry Potter. It changed my life- and helped me keep my sanity in the summer!
Here are some of my favorites from back in the day + some of their new stuff that I didn’t know about and is awesome!
